While growing up in Barcelona, I developed a deep appreciation for the sea and the maritime ecosystem. I have always felt passionate about putting my efforts and use my skills to make a change in the way we currently treat and coexist with our environment.

My aim is to empower brands to integrate sustainability within the design process and taking ownership by exploring the sustainability potential in the work, understanding the sustainable impact in the value chain and gaining insight into design processes for sustainability.

“Streamateria”, a project initiated and powered by Guringo Design studio, redefines the consumption, quality, ownership and permanence / impermanence of fashion by producing biodegradable garments based on circularity, total transparency and zero tolerance for waste.

A biodegradable textile based on circularity, total transparency and zero tolerance for waste.

I created the recipe for the bioplastic applied in the sustainable fashion project Streamateria and produced biodegradable textiles presented at Fashion for Good in Amsterdam.
in 2018.

In 2020, “Streamateria”, together with Living Color, initiated a collaboration with PUMA for the project “Designed to Fade”, producing sport garments that are designed to die.
